Our liquid filling machinery range covers semi-automatic filling for small batches using peristaltic pumps through to high output rotating piston pump filling of up to 200 containers per minute.
Peristaltic pumps are commonly used in applications where sterile or clean fill is a requirement. The peristaltic pumps provide easy cleaning and very good filling accuracy. The accuracy and filling speed depend on the diameter of the hose. Peristaltic pumps allow fast changeover for laboratory scale jobs. Hoses can be switched and moving parts do not come into contact with the product. As throughputs increase the peristaltic pump can become part of a fully automatic liquid filling line.
Piston pumps are used for low, medium and high viscosity products and they provide an excellent filling accuracy. Piston pumps are very popular amongst pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical customers.
Time pressure filling can accommodate wide range of product types. A big advantage of the time-pressure dosing system is that it does not contain any mechanical moving parts in the product stream, the product is driven by air pressure. No pumping mechanism is involved. We can offer time pressure vessels for micro-dosing liquid into blisters or cavities at 3-4% accuracy for fill volumes down to 100 micro-litres.
Rotary Gear pumps are ideal for diagnostics, cosmetics, foods and chemicals. Rotary gear pumps provide very good fill accuracy. The gear pumps can accommodate wide range of product types.

Monoblock Liquid Filling Machine for Deodorant and Perfumes
The customer, a cosmetics manufacturer with a focus on natural products, already had Deckert machines of previous generations to the FVR Monoblock liquid filling machine. Unlike its predecessors, the FVR combined multiple closing stations, check weighers and filling pumps into a single modular machine. This reduced the space and change parts required.
