Filling
The FSL 400 uses the F12VL with Peristaltic or other pump mounted over a turntable. The turntable is fitted with bottle sliders to allow fast loading of bottles onto the table. Sensors detect when the bottle is under the Filling nozzle.
Capping
To minimise cost and changeover, capping takes place manually. The caps are placed on the bottle by the operator. The operator uses a hand held cap tightener hung from a stand over the conveyor to tighten the caps on the bottles. The bottles move down the conveyor to the labeller.
Labelling
The labeller applies a wrap around label to the bottles as they pass through the labelling station.
Out-feed accumulation
A small buffer table collects the bottles at the end of the line.
