Camera Inspection System for print quality check (OCV) and optical character recognition (OCR), 2D matrix code, Pharma Code and Barcodes
The EOK-PQ 2 consists of a colour camera, an industry-standard PC with colour monitor and lighting devices as well as powerful software.
During reflected illumination, white light is shown on the foil to be inspected. The temperature-compensated LED
reflected illumination lights the foil evenly but not glaringly. The colour camera takes hold of the picture which
is then evaluated in the PC. The software package has a very high rate of evaluation and is easy to operate under the Windows interface. Entries are made by using the mouse
and on-screen keyboard - an external keyboard is no longer necessary.
